This pack gives you the best home rack available. The F200 Heavy Power Rack is as good as they come. It is a solid construction with heavyweight spotter arms, hooks, and pull up bar. The bench included is the Deluxe Utility SB42 Utility Weight Bench. This bench can span flat, incline, and decline with 5 positions. Included in this pack is the Home 7-foot Olympic bar. A bar designed for home use, being slightly shorter than standard but fitting all Olympic size plates. The weight plates included are Olympic Weight Plates. These plates are rubber coated so as not to clank against each other and are tri-gripped for ease of movement and extra exercise usability such as shrugs and front raises.
