Depending on your hair length, thickness 60 gram shampoo bar will last 35-50 washes.   TO USE: Wet your hair.  Slide the bar from root to tip 2-4 times. (We don't always wet the bar itself, moisture from your hair and hands is sufficient.)  Put the bar down and lather the shampoo into your hair.  Rinse well and follow with a conditioner.  Tip: Only wash your roots if your hair is dry.
