A limited edition Rainbow Trout large platter measuring 65cm made from hard-wearing dishwasher proof porcelain (oven proof on a low heat for serving on but not to cook with).  This unique shape is perfect for serving large fish on.  The artist's inspiration for these large platters came from fishing for rainbow trout on the lakes and rivers in Dorset. Particularly on the chalk streams where whilst stalking wild brown trout or grayling he would encounter beautifully coloured rainbow trout that had escaped from up stream stocked beats or fish farms!
