The Jolly Phonics Word Book is a teacher and parents' resource. It provides lists of words made from the individual letter sounds and digraphs introduced at the start of the Jolly Phonics programme. In addition, words made from the first, first two and first three groups of letter sounds are given as are a selection of words with initial and final consonant blends. Words containing the alternative spellings of the vowel sounds are grouped together and tricky words are listed at the back of the book.
