For Berna’s first creation, she needed a new dressing that would differentiate her from the crowd. She experimented, trialed and tested until… (voilà!) Basil & Lime was born. Vibrant, zesty and full of fresh basil. Delicious in any salad, heavenly over cooked chicken, and perfect as a fish marinade.
Ingredients: Honey, Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, White Wine Vinegar, Fresh Lemon & Lime Juice, Fresh Basil Leaves.
