Dark blackberry and damson fruits with some chocolate and vanilla flavours. Good concentration of these rich berries with supple tannins and a long lingering mouth-filling finish. Ageing Potential: 5-7 Years Tasting Note:Nicely matured wine with lots of of spice and blackcurrants. Good ripe soft black fruits with a creamy texture and a slight smoky touch. The acidity is very well balanced with a fine smooth finish. Drinking beautifully now but will last several years. Food Matches: Turkey / Venison / Pasta / Blue Cheese
