Jasmine, elderflower, lime, green apple and a little pepper on the finish. What us Pinot Noir fans are looking for in our Pinot are flavours of Cherry, forest floor, mushroom some spice and a little leather and chocolate. Cloudy Bay has all of these and depending on how long you can cellar it for you can expect even more flavours. Ultimately duck is the perfect food match but anything with mushrooms would be great.
