The Riedel glass designs are based on the exceptional characteristics of each grape variety, which in turn determines the shape, size and rim diameter of the bowl. Established in Bohemia in 1756, Riedel is a Crystal glassware manufacturer based in Kufstein, Austria and best known for its production of “wine friendly” glassware designed to enhance types of wines based on specific properties of individual grape varietals. Information About Muga Bodegas Muga was founded in 1932 by Isaac Muga and his wife Aurora Cano, both of whom came from wine producing families. Bodegas Muga is located on the foot of the Montes Obarenses within the area, Rioja Alta. The combination of different continental climates here unite harmoniously, creating a suitable environment for growing grape. The facilities at Bodegas Muga are two centuries old and are made mainly of stone and oak. Oak is in fact paramount at Bodegas Muga as different types of oak barrels are used for the fermentation, maturation and storing of the wines. Today the Muga family still run Bodegas Muga, and continue to gain international recognition and acclaim for their wines.
