Tasting Note:Deep ruby red wine, full from rim to core. Pronounced bouquet of blackberry and damson fruits with minty tones. Dry with softening tannins, lovely weight of rich ripe blackberry fruits with a long smooth finish. Excellent quality from this much improved region. Food Matches: Red Meat / Soft Cheese / Veal
