Now Sara his daughter, also works with him in the winery and What began as a small winery with a few wines has grown into a real top-class estate over the four generations.  Tasting Note:  Passerina is a largely unknown grape variety.  It is a fresh wine, with simple clean, elegant fruit with crisp minerality.
