Very noble aspirations but we think they are simply brilliant, skip the culture and try the wines.  This wine has recently been rebranded as Cento Cavali , formerly known as Vortice  Ageing Potential:  2-4 Years Tasting Note:One of our favourite Italian reds - deep cherry red in colour. Great intensity of concentrated cherry and damson fruits with a spicy overlay and excellent firm tannins giving a wine of elegant structure. Drink now or keep happily for a few years.
