The fruit is fermented in stainless steel tanks and macerated on the skins for 12 days to enhance its fresh, fruit-forward character. The wine is aged for 6 months in combination of French and American oak barrels. Tasting Note: Maximo Tempranillo shows aromas of plums and red berries with tobacco and vanilla notes. In the mouth, the wine has a vibrant, velvety and sweet character, with easy drinking red fruit and licorice and mint traces, and soft tannins.
