Roisin is a Pharmacist from County Mayo and has been trained in some of France’s finest vineyards including Château Latour and Château Grillet. She now has a focus on making small­‐scale wines from the region Burgundy, France. This particular wine is silky and smooth with an elegant variety of dark fruits and hints of fresh earth and subtle spice. This 2019  is a superb vintage. Food Suggestion: ideal with a selection of good pâtés and terrines and meat dishes.
