Eight weeks on lees post fermentation for additional creaminess, complexity and aromatics. Gentle handling and minimal filtration. Appearance: Vibrant straw colour with green edges.Bouquet: Faintly aromatic with classic, perfumed Pinot Gris characters of pear, orange blossom and honeysuckle.
