The Seasoning Dish is hand made in Ireland on a wood lathe. The Seasoning Dish is used for holding salt, pepper, spices and herbs etc. Made in Ash wood. It is finished in an oil finish which both penetrates and protects the wood and is also safe to consume food from it. It can be cleaned with a damp warm cloth, wood should never be washed in a dishwasher or totally submerged in water.
