Altitude - 1800 - 1950 MASL Preparation - Washed Location - La Cristalina, La Union, Colombia Variety - Colombia, Castillo, Caturra Profile - Chocolate, Caramel, Vanilla Smoothness is the name of the game for this coffee. Nice body but not too heavy. More a sweet caramel than a rich chocolate. Loads of sweetness without too much acidity.
