Ard Banríon- High Queen in Irish by Julie Knits in Paris (Ravelry link) is the knit companion to Aoibhe Ní's shawl Ard Rí - High King. Aoibhe and Julie decided to design companion shawls with Townhouse Yarns creating an exclusive colour way inspired by each designer to show how knitting and crochet are equally beautiful. Each designer used their inspired colour way as the main colour in their piece and the others colour as the contrast. Two shawls in two crafts that both compliment each other beautifully.  Ard Banríon uses 2 skeins of the newest member of the Townhouse Yarns family the luxurious Tara 4 ply and 1 skein of Abbey Lace a super soft mohair and silk blend.  Kit contains: 2 skeins of Tara 4ply 1 skein of Abbey Lace Copy of the Ard Banríon pattern.
