A pair of hallmarked, solid sterling silver earrings with a spiral pattern, plated in black rhodium. The lightweight studs are 7.5mm round and have sterling silver posts and earring backs. Unisex. Available as a single or a pair. Black Rhodium is from the Platinum family of precious metals. It gives a transparent black veil to the silver resulting in a cool, gun-metal grey colour. As with all plating it will gradually fade with wear.  *Goldsmiths use jewellery burrs (or burs) for engraving, filing, deburring, stone setting, opening holes, metal removal and wax carving.
