Arthur Fields (1901-1994) was an Irish street photographer who took pictures of passersby on O’Connell Bridge for over 50 years. Fondly known as ‘Man on Bridge’ his photographs of Dubliners document the changing times and fashions from the 1930’s until the 1980’s. It is estimated that Arthur took over 180,000 photographs of Dubliners in his time...one of them even being me :) Prints will be packaged in a postal tube.
