Life Tree of life expresses our reliance on nature for food, shelter and the pleasure of its beauty. Nothing contrived or forced, nature has a simplistic way of enhancing our lives. Take a moment to listen to a bird sing, smell a flower and see the beauty that is all around us. Growing up within the local heritage of the Boyne Valley, Colette’s work is inspired by ancient Celtic art.  Colette uses nib and ink to create intricate colourful drawings creating a contemporary interpretation of the iconic imagery of the Book of Kells.
