These boards, in two sizes, are practical enough to chop an onion on, nice enough to serve meats and cheeses to guests on and robust enough to act as a trivet for your hot stuff. They have a great shape and a lovely curved edge, making them pleasing to pick up and a decorative touch stacked on your countertop. The large versions measures about 40cm x 30cm and the small about 28cm x 21cm.  These boards are crafted by participants of Cairde Enterprises, an education and training centre in Limerick which works with men and women who have experience of the criminal justice system.
