A simple yet versatile Coat Hook. With its clever and simple design this coat hook is super strong and durable. The red valve handle adjusts in and out about 20mm which means you can change the depth of the hook according to the seasons and hang more or less items. It will screw onto any surface and with 4 fixing points is very secure. (fixings not included)They have been handmade using mostly reclaimed and recycled plumbing pipe and fittings. The flange and valve handle have been painted to ensure they last a lifetime! Care InstructionsAll materials used are recycled or salvaged where possible. No lacquer or covering is used. The material is polished to a natural finish by hand and the products are designed to age over time.Over time copper naturally changes colour. Transforming from a shiney brown/red colour to darker browns, then blues and finally greens after a number of years. When exposed to the natural elements copper develops this ‘patina’ which actually protects and preserves the metal underneath.If you wish to clean the copper, we recommend some very fine wire wool or some P1000 or higher silicone carbide sandpaper both of which can be picked up from your local hardware shop.
