Celtic Cross A tribute to the craft of the Book of Kells. A simple cross representing our simplistic spirituality with all of its complex layers and hues. Green is the colour of unconditional love as in a Mother’s love or our love of Mother Earth. Growing up within the local heritage of the Boyne Valley, Colette’s work is inspired by ancient Celtic art.  Colette uses nib and ink to create intricate colourful drawings creating a contemporary interpretation of the iconic imagery of the Book of Kells.
