These make a unique gift for a loved one or for yourself for your own home.  Spaces are limited due to the amount of time they take to create.  Once you have purchased, you must send a selection of good quality photos to [email protected] with all relevant details.  Please make sure that the photos are from the angle you would like the illustration to be drawn from and that they are clear and not out of focus. I need to be able to see every minute detail.  Your illustration will be sent out to you within 3 weeks. I will send on some progress photos for you to make any changes along the way.  Illustration size is A4 and is left unmounted so that you can find a frame and mount that you feel suits your own home.  Please note that images of derelict houses that need to be reimagined will cost more.    If you have any other questions, feel free to drop me an email.
