This set of three cheese knives made from rubberwood and stainless steel. They come with a rubberwood cheese board, which is sturdy and just the right size to fit a host of cheeses to feast on. The mouse knives make a great talking point, and with each one is designed for different types of cheese they're great to use as well. The almond shaped knife is perfect for scoring the rind of hard cheese, opening wheels, dividing wedges and chunking cheeses into bite sizes, a classic all-purpose knife. The flat cheese knife is most often used for cutting crumbly soft cheese or shaving and chipping and cubing firm cheese. The cheese fork is ideal to hold a block of cheese in place while you cut or slice with a knife or for breaking hard, aged cheeses & softer, crumbly cheeses. Rubberwood is strong, flexible, resistant to fungus, bacteria and mould and is considered very sustainable as the trees are only chopped down once they have stopped producing latex.
