A soothing and nourishing bath soak with Irish sea salt, magnesium enriched epsom salt and organic colloidal oats to relax your body and spirit. Lavender calms, hyssop cleanses, yarrow heals and cornflower soothes and strengthens.

To aid with the ritual of bathing we add around 50g to a bath, allow the salts, oats, oils and botanical goodness to infuse with the water before submerging yourself. If you don’t have a bath tub at home, add less to a basin for a cleansing foot bath.
