When we say Reserve we mean wines that are a step up from the norm. The three wines here have been either aged longer, giving them a certain refinement, or have been made with grapes of a much higher quality than your run of the mill wines. Bodegas Navajas Reserva Beautiful nose of Strawberry, vanilla, plum and cinnamon, smooth and generous on the palate. Such a complex and complete wine for this price. Las Moras Reserve Malbec  Nicely matured wine with a hint of brick on the rim. Good ripe soft black fruits with a creamy texture and a slight smoky touch. The acidity is very well balanced with a fine smooth finish. Drinking beautifully now but will last several years. Chateau Grand Lys Bordeaux  This Bordeaux is is spectacular, Black fruits, coffee, vanilla and cherry. But the best thing I can say about this wine is that it actually makes me salivate while describing it to you.
