Selected manual harvest in boxes. Elaboration with flower must and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged on lees in 500-litre bocoys for 10 and a half months, with weekly bâtonnage, followed by aging for 9 months in new French oak barrels. This Singular Vineyard has a very vivid straw yellow color, with a highly intense, complex nose, with stone fruit, floral contributions such as chamomile, together with pastries and well-integrated wood, mineral background. In the mouth it presents a fresh attack, with a passage of great volume on the palate, an unctuous touch, good structure and great persistence, long finish. As in the nose, it presents a mineral background.
