Four Roses dates back to the late 19 century. This Yellow Label bottling of Four Roses was released for the European and Japanese markets and is made up of whiskeys aged between 5 and 6 years of age.The nose is quite sweet and crisp. There are notes of marmalade and zesty citrus, cereal sweetness, a touch of toffee and a lovely caramel note. The palate is well-balanced and smooth. There are notes of zesty citrus and manuka honey, plenty of cereal sweetness and winter spice, a hint of lemonade and a little toasty oak. The finish is of medium-length with lovely oaken sweetness.
