Country: Spain Region: Rioja Varietal: Tempranillo Vintage: 2021 Colour: Red Style: Dry Producer: Bodegas Navajas  Description: Once the grapes are destemmed, they are vatted and after 24-48 hours of cold maceration, they ferment with their own wild yeasts at a temperature not exceeding 28°C. Once this first process is finished, the wine is racked and the appropriate mixtures are made prior to the malolactic fermentation that occurs naturally at a temperature between 17 and 19°C. After a few months of rest in stainless steel tanks, the wine, after a gentle clarification and filtration, is packaged and is ready for sale. Tasting Notes:It has a cherry red color with slight violet hues. On the nose, the varietal aromas of red fruits (currants, raspberries, cherries) stand out. It is fresh on the palate, very round, balanced, with a lively and satisfying medium-long aftertaste.
