We're delighted to introduce ATO Berlin to Rainbow Kids Boutique! This striking cowl neck dress is made of jacquard weave cotton, making it as comfortable as it is funny. In a retro pattern, it has a simple shape that curves on at the waist and has two side pockets. A really wearable piece, that makes the easiest of outfits - just add tights and boots.  It sits just above the knee on a person 5' 4".
