Scilla Pink Giant A pretty plant, Chionodoxa forbesii Pink Giant or also known as Scilla Pink Giant are bulbous, deciduous perennials that come up year after year. The narrow leaves are typical of bulbs, and mid-green. The flowers are pale pink with white centres, appearing in March and April, when most other flowers are yellow or blue. Plant two to three times the depth of the bulb. Easy to grow, and no pruning needed. Ideal for naturalising in grass or in a gravel garden. Good in city and courtyard gardens, or cottage gardens, or containers, with summer-flowering plants to take over.
