Ethiopian coffees are among our favourites and this certified organic one is no exception. Notes of white flowers, citrus and green tea abound in this light-bodied and delicate coffee. The beans were grown by several smallholder farmers, then harvested and sorted by family members before delivery to the local washing station. This family involvement frequently results in a higher grade coffee, something that we think is evident here.
