A medium to full-bodied Tempranillo from high altitude vineyards of Rioja Baja. Not entirely typical of a classic Rioja. Black fruit and hints of tobacco bouquet with balanced acidity and notes of minerality. Tertiary characteristics beginning to show. Features: Matured in French oak rather than American.
