Three Piece Bradel Binding with Elize De Beer
€120.00
Liberties Papers
In this workshop, you will learn how to create a text block and explore this versatile way of creating a book cover. What sets it apart from other case bindings is that the cover boards and spine stiffener are joined together with a strip of sturdy paper before covering. For this reason, the structure is also very well suited to beginners and allows for some creativity when designing the cover.
During this workshop, you will be sewing your own book block to create your Three Piece Bradel bound cover. You will get creative with your cover by using a selection of papers and bookcloth provided by Liberties Papers.
10 am to 5 pm with 30 min break in between
All materials are included. Lunch is not included but there are plenty of places in Terenure to get lunch.
Please note the early start.
