A viticultural complex that brings together, within a radius between 5 and 10 km from where the winery is located, the raw material that gives strength, personality and character to Care wines. Tasting Note:  Up front, along with tropical pineapple, it's got crisp apple and citrus notes while on the palate there's a touch of creaminess from the lees ageing (Sobre Lias is Spanish for "Sur Lie") along with the ripe fruitiness.
