It also contains a mini frame of Ireland by local artist Tracy Fry. The hand painted metallic map of Ireland is mounted in a silver metallic frame measuring 9.5 x 10.5cm. (Slight variations in colour and letter positioning may occur due to the hand made nature of this product) Finally a small St. Brigid's Cross is included in the box. St. Brigid is one of Ireland’s three patron saints. The other two are St Colmcille and St Patrick. Her feast day falls on February 1, which is also the Celtic first day of spring and is now a National holiday . A St Brigid's Cross is deemed to bring protection to a home. These crosses are made locally. The box is made of a sturdy ribbed card with a transparent lid and is tied with a ribbon with a gift tag attached.
