Fazenda Santa Cruz is located in the Southern part of the state of Minas Gerais an excellent hilly region that benefits from a lot of water. Josiani Moraes, the farm owner, is responsible for overseeing both agricultural practices and the administration side of the business. She’sproud to be a woman in the coffee culture in Brazil and is constantly holding events and lectures on Fazenda Santa Cruz.
