Features Lined, double strapped, magnetic snap 13" (w) x 18" (H), 11" strap drop Luis Vargus New York designer and craftsman, Luis Vargus, studied at the New York Fashion Institute of Technology specialising in accessory design. Luis honed his skills in leatherwork while working with the designer Steve Madden where he designed footwear before developing his own collections of bags, belts and other leather accessories. Luis has partnered with Irish Hide Designs using the best of Irish leather and hides to make his beautifully designed and handmade collection of bags. Luis is married to an Irishman and now living and working in Ireland.
