The Modular Step Barrel and Arc (also known as the "Spine Corrector") expands on the core functionality of the traditional Step Barrel, long known for improving posture by lengthening and strengthening the back, feet, and shoulders . It conveniently mounts over the shoulder rests of all Align Pilates reformers, allowing it to be used on both the reformer and the floor. For floor use, our stepper features a non-slip base and can be used with our 32″ Maple Gondola Post for additional exercise possibilities. The Arc is also detachable and lockable, allowing it to be used independently and providing an alternative curvature to our regular stacking Arc. It includes 3 eyelets on each side for use with Align Pilates resistance bands (light, medium and heavy) to increase workout intensity and further expand the functionality of this versatile piece of equipment.
