This is an ex display sample and the shade has some marks on it, and the cable is a little unruly. The lampshade is made from a plastic foam that can be wiped down and cleaned. Rooted in Irish heritage but made of modern materials, 'Hands' is a collection of contemporary craft lamps made by Ned Karr in Ireland. Ned uses engineering materials, reshaped using traditional techniques to create simple, functional items. This small table lamp is the first product in Ned's 'Hands' range. It has a white foam shade supported by a ply wooden base. The untreated layers of plywood give the product a sculptural look while the foam creates a soft diffusion of light. Two unlikely materials coming together in beautiful harmony. Designed and made in Ireland by Ned Kaar each piece is uniquely numbered and comes with a green flex.   How does it come?
