The fifth and sixth generations of the family nowmanage the extensive vineyard holdings and grower partnershipswhich stretch across the region, from Vinsobres to the Ventoux.VINEYARDSThe Perrin family work closely with growers in the Parc Régional deLuberon, located in the south-east of the Rhône Valley, to sourcethe grapes for the Luberon Blanc. The vines are planted on amixture of limestone marl soils and round pebbles at an averagealtitude of 300 metres. The stony soils retain the daytime heat, helping the grapes to ripen slowly, while the altitude helps toensure optimal freshness in the finished wine.VINIFICATIONThe grapes were carefully pressed using a pneumatic press. Afterthe must had settled, fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromatic fruitflavours and freshness. After fermentation, the wine was kept instainless steel vats until bottling.TASTING NOTESPale lemon in colour, this wine has delicate notes of white flowersand citrus fruit on the nose. The palate is well-balanced with aracy acidity that perfectly complements the stone fruit and salineflavours, which linger on the finish.
