Now this really is a proper chocolate egg. This rich dark chocolate is infused with the highest quality botanicals from the Boatyard Distillery, creating a dark chocolate gin infused egg. It has overtones of juniper-berry that give it a scrumptious layered flavour, with the added joy of popping candy to give it that extra fizz. It's a combination that just works. made from a satisfying 150grams of chocolate, this geometric egg is all the chocolate you'll need this easter. As bean-to-bar chocolate makers, The Proper Chocolate Company hand-sort, roast, crack and winnow (that's removing the husks to you and me) the cocoa beans; then refine, conche (that's the intense mixing, agitating, and aerating of heated the liquid chocolate), age, temper, mould and package each bar of chocolate, all from their base in Dublin.  We have lots of sweet stuff here at designist. What's it made of? Organic cocoa beans, cocoa butter, organic sugar and organic Boatyard Distillery Spent Botanicals and popping candy (contains lactose). How does it come? The 150gr egg comes in a cardboard tube approx. 11cm x 23cm All bars are produced in a factory setting where treenuts, peanuts and dairy are processed.
