Monsooned Malabar is a very famous Indian coffee that has been exposed to the annual monsoon rains and humidity in India for 3 to 4 months. A spicy and smoky coffee that pairs well with brisket and other BBQ meats, milk chocolate flavours with hint of vanilla.  Medium acidity and body.
