Give the garments space and do not overload the machine. Remove the garments from the machine immediately after washing to avoid pressure marks. Leg Dry the garments horizontally to avoid hanging out, or dry them in the tumble dryer at a low temperature. You can iron bamboo at a low temperature after drying, preferably with a steam iron.
