This crisp aromatic wine has citrus flavours and a long finish. It is the ideal accompaniment to fish and seafood. In the region it is also enjoyed with the local Charcuterie. Tasting Note:Pale gold with a green tinge, Intense, with floral aromas and notes of grilled fruit together with a delicate minerality. Rich and round but pleasantly fresh palate. Enjoy it with white meat, fish or seafood. The Pays Nantais vineyards extend to the south and east of Nantes, and from the Atlantic coast to Ancenis. To the south of the Loire-Atlantique departement, they overlap slightly into the Vendée and Maine-et-Loire. Between the mildness of Anjou and the ocean freshness, the vines are planted on shales, granites and loamy soils. Widely varying weather conditions give each vintage its own specific character, Muscadet being the mostwell known of all. Traditional method. The wine is stored on fermentation lees for several months so as to develop its bouquet and volume in the mouth.
