That is why we recommend keeping it simple with a basic Salt, Pepper, and Garlic (SPG) rub, or even just a premium quality Sea Salt. However, for the tougher parts of the animal such as the neck and shoulder our Coffee Rub brings in just a little extra nuance with caraway, onion powder, and the lovely gentle earthiness of a good coffee bean.
