This is bucket list BBQ - for real. We have Delmonico steak (an authentic NYC cut) from Hannons Meats, Japanese Wagyu from Higgin's Butchers, Aberdeen Angus tomahawk, salt aged fillet, Glenarm Shorthorn Cote De Boeuf again from Hannons. We have picahna, flank, skirt, flat iron, rib eye all from local Irish butchers and farmers and all dry aged or salt aged. We have so much more steaks that we are keeping as a surprise :-) Every steak will be cooked over live fire and we will have lots of sides as well. Then we have wine. Chris from The Allotment Wine Co will be filling you up with the best French, Italian, Californian, and Spanish reds, zinfandels, and whites. As we walk you through the cuts of beef, where they come from, and how to cook them, Chris will talk to you about his passion of wine. He will pair with each steak and explain his reasonings. When we are finished cooking and tasting wine and steak we will all sit down for afters in our 130 year old stone barn. You will enjoy a cheese and charcuterie platter along with a glass of white and a complimentary gin or rum. This is the experience every steak lover has been waiting for.
