Vinification: Manual harvest. Traditional method. Separated by grape variety. Maceration with very gentle interventions to preserve the finesse of the tannins and the depth of the fruit. Tasting: Powerful and complex nose, aromas of prunes, very ripe cherries, notes of truffle, cocoa, white pepper and clove. Full and fleshy mouth, fine tannin, dense, well melted wood. Powerful, elegant wine. Very long finish where we find the spices of the nose in retro olfaction.
