The OG of our range that is only available in limited volumes. This is a Thai style hot chilli sauce made using fermented red chilli, yellow pepper, garlic and ginger. Fermentation takes weeks and creates a unique, funky, complex flavour. Experimentation took months until we got it right with #14.
How to use?
It’s got a kick. Great with cheese, mixed with mayo, on eggs, in a stir fry, on chips, in a burger. Any dish you want to liven up - it’s your guy.
